Tony Dow, Stevedore Manager

Tony has over 15 years in the maritime industry at the New Orleans Port.  Tony joined ICS as part of the joint venture with the Pacorini Group where he was Manager of the Stevedore Terminal.  Tony originally joined Pacorini as a ship coordinator and was promoted to Stevedore Terminal Manager and was recently transferred to a Stevedore Manager’s position with PGS.

Tony’s tenure with the stevedore industry began in 1989 loading containers as a checker for local 1497.  He was quickly promoted to checker-in-charge and then to ship coordinator.

 

Lenny Godin, Maintenance, Safety and security Manager

Lenny has 22 years of journey level diesel mechanic work, and is a graduate of Jeff-vo-tech with certificates in diesel engines, hydraulics, heavy duty drive trains and transmissions . Lenny attended Taylor school and Hyster electric fork lift school.  Lenny worked for Empire Stevedoring as a lift mechanic and at Best Engine & Transmissions as a engine builder

 

Donald Broussard, Director of Sales and Marketing

Donald is the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Pacorini Global division.  His responsibilities include conducting and overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the PGS facility and acts as customer service liaison maintaining a long running relationship with all the major shippers and ship owners that move cargo through the Port of new Orleans and the entire Southeast US Ports.  Donald joined ICS as part of the joint venture with the Pacorini Group where was he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing. 

Donald has always had a close association with the New Orleans Maritime community with numerous family members working as Pilots, Agents, and tug boat operations. This relationship offered him an opportunity to enter the stevedoring and marine terminal business.  He started in the bulk stevedoring industry where he helped develop a “start up” small operation (Gulf Coast Dockside) handling 600,000 tons the first year of operations.  In the second year of operations the business volume steadily increased into a facility moving over 1.5 million tons annually.  Donald has a B.A. in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
